摘 要:目的探讨中老年高校教师人群血压水平与心血管病危险因素及其聚集的相关性。方法于2019年4月~11月选取山东2所高校正在从事或退休前从事教学科研工作的40~75岁4525名一线教师为研究对象,根据血压水平将研究对象分为正常血压、1级高血压前期、2级高血压前期、高血压,对不同血压水平人群心血管病危险因素水平及危险因素检出率聚集率进行分析,并采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析血压水平与心血管病危险因素及其聚集的相关性。结果4525名一线教师中男性2527名,女性1998名,年龄40~75岁,平均年龄(54.14±9.05)岁。男性正常血压、1级高血压前期检出率低于女性,2级高血压前期、高血压、肥胖、糖尿病、合并1个、≥2个危险因素检出率均高于女性(P<0.05)。随着血压水平的升高,男性BMI、TG、FPG水平和女性BMI、TC、LDL-C、TG、FPG水平升高,男性女性HDL-C水平降低,且男性女性肥胖、血脂异常、糖尿病等危险因素检出率聚集率呈上升趋势(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,1级高血压前期人群合并肥胖和≥2个危险因素的危险性升高,分别是正常血压人群的2.46、1.79倍;2级高血压前期和高血压人群合并肥胖、血脂异常、糖尿病、1个、≥2个危险因素的危险性均升高,分别是正常血压人群的3.63、1.40、2.07、1.55、2.60倍和7.32、1.98、3.48、1.96、5.41倍。结论中老年高校教师人群血压水平与心血管病危险因素及其聚集风险有关,对血压水平升高人群应尽早采取干预措施。Objective To explore the correlation between blood pressure level and cardiovascular risk factors and their aggregation among middle-aged and elderly college teachers.Methods From April to November 2019,4,525 front-line teachers from 40 to 75 years old who were engaged in teaching and research work in two universities in Shandong or before retirement were selected as the research objects.According to the blood pressure level,the study objects are divided into normal blood pressure,grade 1 prehypertension,grade 2 prehypertension,and hypertension.The levels of cardiovascular disease risk factors and the risk factor detection rate aggregation rate in people with different blood pressure levels were analyzed,and the multivariate Logistic regression model was used to analyze the correlation between blood pressure level and cardiovascular disease risk factors and their aggregation rate.Results Among the 4525 front-line teachers,2,527 were males and 1998 were females,aged 40 to 75 years old,with an average age of(54.14±9.05)years old.The detection rate of normal blood pressure and grade 1 prehypertension in men was lower than that in women,and the detection rate of grade 2 prehypertension,hypertension,obesity,diabetes,combined 1,≥2 risk factors was higher than that of women(P<0.05).With the increase in blood pressure levels,male BMI,TG,FPG levels and female BMI,TC,LDL-C,TG,FPG levels increase,male and female HDL-C levels decrease,and male and female obesity,dyslipidemia,diabetes,etc.The detection rate of risk factors showed an upward trend(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of obesity and≥2 risk factors in the first-grade prehypertensive population was increased,which were 2.46 and 1.79 times that of the normal blood pressure population;people with grade 2 prehypertension and hypertension with obesity,the risk of dyslipidemia,diabetes,1 or≥2 risk factors were all increased,they were 3.63,1.40,2.07,1.55,2.60 times and 7.32,1.98,3.48,1.96,and 5.41 times that of people with normal blood pressu
