蛇床子素在牧草和土壤中残留研究

摘　　要：研究蛇床子素在高寒牧区牧草、土壤中的残留情况。利用液质联用分析技术对蛇床子素在高寒牧区牧草和土壤中的最终残留限量进行了测定。结果表明:蛇床子素的质量浓度与其峰面积呈线性关系,土壤中蛇床子素检出限为0.2μg/kg。通过对蛇床子素残留分析,为高寒牧区草原虫害安全、有效防控提供了可靠、准确的分析方法和科学依据。Study on residue of osthole in forage and soil in alpine pasture area.The final residue limits of osthole in forage and soil were determined by LC-MS.The results showed that the mass concentration of osthole was linear with its peak area.Detection limit of osthole in soil was 2μg/kg.Through the analysis of osthole residue,reliable and accurate analysis methods and scientific basis were provided for the safe and effective control of grassland pests in alpine pasture area.
