药用植物麻花秦艽种子休眠与萌发特性研究

摘　　要：为了探究麻花秦艽种子的休眠类型及其解除方法,运用了冷层积(4℃)和不同浓度赤霉素(GA3)溶液对种子进行了处理。结果表明:麻花秦艽种子具有休眠特性,在4℃层积处理30d后种子萌发率有了显著提高,在60 d时,萌发率达到90.6%;赤霉素处理对打破种子休眠作用非常明显,800 ppm浸泡种子24 h后,4℃条件下10 d种子萌发率达到94.2%。本研究为麻花艽的栽培提供了可利用的实用方法。In order to explore the dormancy type of Gentiana straminea seeds and how to remove them,cold stratification(4℃)and different concentrations of gibberellin(GA3)were used to treat the seeds.The results showed that the seeds of Gentiana straminea had dormancy characteristics,and the germination rate of seeds was significantly improved after 30 days of stratification treatment at 4℃.At 60 days,the germination rate reached 90.6%;the gibberellin treatment had a very obvious effect on breaking the dormancy of seeds.After 24 hours,the seed germination rate reached 94.2%in 10 days at 4℃.This research provides a practical method for the cultivation of Gentiana straminea.
