摘　　要：针对纯电动底盘蓄电池功率不足,难以直接通过蓄电池驱动油泵电机的问题,本文设计了一种利用底盘高压DC接口驱动低压油泵电机的解决方案,且在CoDeSys平台环境下开发了一种带有车载称重单元的上装控制系统,实现了自卸式垃圾车上装部分的先进性控制。In view of the insufficient power of the pure electric chassis battery,it is difficult to directly drive the oil pump motor through the battery.This paper designs a solution that uses the chassis high-voltage DC interface to drive the low-voltage oil pump motor,and develops a vehicle-mounted scale under the CoDeSys platform environment.The upper loading control system of the heavy unit realizes the advanced control of the upper loading part of the dump truck.
