摘　　要：介绍了配重式炉顶放散阀的结构与工作原理,对配重式炉顶放散阀进行了受力分析,计算出阀门的密封力、密封面的必需比压、配重重量以及驱动力大小等主要技术参数,为配重式炉顶放散阀的设计提供了理论参考依据。This paper introduces the structure and working principle of the counterweight top bleed valve,analyzes the stress of the counterweight top bleed valve,and calculates the main technical parameters such as the sealing of the valve,the necessary specific pressure of the sealing surface,the weight of the counterweight and the driving force,so as to provide a theoretical reference for the design of the counterweight top bleed valve.
