浅谈国际航行船舶维修期间的卫生检疫监管

摘　　要：随着境外新冠肺炎疫情的严峻,国际航运业受到极大冲击,很多国际航行船舶入境我国进行在港维修,作为暂时的策略调整。入境维修船舶在港停滞时间较长,船舶与船厂间不断有人员和物资交换,由此带来的传染病、食源性疾病、外来生物入侵的风险随之加大。本文结合山东荣成口岸修船业的现状,对在港维修国际航行船舶卫生检疫监管工作提出了相应的建议。With the outbreak of COVID-19 abroad,the international shipping industry has been greatly impacted,and many international ships came to China for maintenance in ship yards as a temporary strategy adjustment.These ships need a long period of stagnation at port.The invasive risks of infectious diseases,food-borne diseases and alien organisms and other problems will increased accompany with the constantly exchange people and goods be-tween the ships and ship yards.This paper put forward some relevant advices on the health inspection and supervi-sion against the maintaining international ships in ship yards based on the current situation of repair ships at Rongcheng port of Shandong province.
