摘　　要：本文综述了抗菌肽的结构及生物学特性,并围绕膜损伤和非膜损伤相关的抗真菌机制进行阐述,展望了抗菌肽的临床使用前景,为抗菌肽抗真菌机制的深入研究和临床开发应用提供理论依据。In this review,the structure and biological characteristics of antimicrobial peptides were described,and the anti-fungal mechanisms related to membrane damage and non-membrane damage was discussed.The prospective clinical applications of antimicrobial peptides were introduced.Thus,the theoretical basis for the in-depth research on the anti-fungal mechanisms of antimicrobial peptides and the clinical development and application is provided.
