超声药物导入双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂联合康复训练治疗肘关节骨化性肌炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察超声导入双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂结合常规康复治疗创伤后肘关节骨化性肌炎的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2012年2月~2019年2月创伤后肘关节骨化性肌炎患者42例,随机分为治疗组(超声药物导入双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂+常规康复)和对照组(常规康复),所有患者于治疗前及治疗6周后行患肢X线片检查及De Boer YA肘关节功能评分。结果:两组患者肘关节X线片检查结果:治疗组患者总有效率为85.71%,高于对照组的63.16%(P<0.05)。两组患者De Boer YA肘关节功能评分结果:治疗前两组患者的各单项评分及总分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者的疼痛评分、关节活动评分、ADL评分、综合活动度评分及总分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超声药物导入双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂联合常规康复治疗可有效治疗骨化性肌炎,且疗效优于常规康复组。Objective:To observe the effect of penetration diclofenac diethylamine emulgel to the lesion using ultrasound combined with conventional rehabilitation for ossifying myositis of the elbow after trauma.Methods:42 patients with post-traumatic elbow ossifying myositis were selected from February 2012 to February 2019.They were randomly divided into intervention group(penetration diclofenac diethylamine emulgel to the lesion+conventional rehabilitation)and control group(conventional rehabilitation).All patients underwent X-ray examination and De Boer YA elbow function score before and 6 weeks after treatment.Results:X-ray examination results of the two groups:the effective rate of the intervention group was 85.71%,which was higher than 63.16%of the control group(P<0.05).The results of De Boer YA elbow function score in the two groups:before treatment,there was no significant difference in the individual score and total score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain score,joint activity score,ADL score,comprehensive range of activity score and total score of the two groups were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Penetration diclofenac diethylamine emulgelto the lesion using ultrasound combined with conventional rehabilitation can effectively treat Myositis Ossificans,and the effect is better than the simple use of conventional rehabilitation.
