市级定点救治医院急诊、院前急救中心应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的防控管理

摘　　要：目的:探讨市级定点救治医院急诊、院前急救针对新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情的防控策略。方法:通过完善管理制度与流程、科学合理排班、建立急诊预检分诊三级筛查机制、全面加强人员培训、规范院前急救中心发热患者接诊工作、加强急危重症患者管理、建立急诊、院前急救科防护用品管理机制、严格执行消毒隔离、注重科室人员心理支持等,切断了医院内交叉感染,保障医护人员及患者安全。结果:2020年1月25日至3月2日全院急诊就诊总量为3605例,院前急救中心转运发热患者58例,初步筛查出发热患者共515例,占14.29%,排查出疑似病例10例,其中确诊病例2例,零漏检,零漏报、零感染。结论:急诊、院前急救管理加强对发热患者的严格筛查,保证各项防控措施的落实及医疗护理工作正常运行,避免了医院内交叉感染的发生及传播,有利于新型冠状病毒感染的防控。Objective: To explore the prevention and control strategies of the emergency department and pre-hospital emergency center of municipal fixed-point treatment hospitals response to the COVID-19. Methods: Through improving the management system and process and management system, scientific and reasonable scheduling, establishment of emergency triage system three-level screening mechanism, strengthen personnel training comprehensively, standardize the reception work of fever patients in the pre-hospital emergency center, strengthen management of the critical patients, establish the management mechanism of protective equipment for emergency and pre-hospital emergency department, follow a strict disinfection cleaning programme, and pay attention to department staff psychological support, cut off the cross infection in hospital, to ensure the safety of medical staff and patients. Results: From January 25, 2020 to March 2, 2020, the total number of emergency department visit quantity was 3605 in our hospital, the pre-hospital emergency center transferred 58 fever patients, preliminary screening revealed fever in 515 patients, accounting for14.29%, 10 suspected cases and 2 confirmed cases were identified, realized zero omission detection, zero omission report and zero infection. Conclusion: Emergency and pre-hospital emergency management strengthen the strict screening of fever patients, ensure the implementation of various prevention and control measures and the normal operation of medical care, avoided the occurrence and transmission of the cross infection in hospital,and was conducive to the prevention and control of COVID-19.
