摘  要:在高强度带钢的生产过程中,粗轧中间坯的板形对精轧生产的影响越来越明显,主要表现为中间坯实际凸度和精轧入口预报凸度偏差过大而导致精轧凸度分配不合理。采用三种群粒子群差分进化寻优算法,以粗轧中间坯凸度最优为主要目标,对粗轧负荷分配进行了优化设计,实现了负荷分配优化设定。并对理论计算和现场实际生产数据进行了比较,在粗轧进行负荷分配优化可以明显降低中间坯凸度,保持凸度控制的稳定性。这说明通过优化负荷分配设定来控制中间坯凸度具有明显的效果和可行性。In the production process of high strength strip, the influence of the shape of rough rolling intermediate slab on the finishing production is becoming more and more obvious, which is mainly manifested in the fact that the deviation between the actual crown of intermediate slab and the predicted crown of finishing entrance is too large, and resulting in unreasonable distribution of finishing crown. The three population partical swarm optimization and different evolution algorithm(Thr-PSODE) is adopted to optimize the load distribution of rough rolling with the optimal crown of intermediate slab as the main objective, so as to realize the optimization setting of load distribution. Compared with the theoretical calculation and the actual production data, the load distribution optimization in rough rolling can significantly reduce the crown of intermediate slab and maintain the stability of crown control, which shows that it has obvious effect and feasibility to control the crown of intermediate slab by optimizing the load distribution setting.
