摘  要:为了适应市场对φ22mm冷镦钢、圆环链等产品的需求,安阳钢铁股份有限公司在高速线材生产线上对其进行了开发。通过孔型优化设计,实现了粗、中轧圆钢、带肋钢筋盘条孔型共用,减少了孔型系列,提高了生产效率;制定了料形、辊缝、张力等工艺操作规范,保证了生产顺行、产品质量。针对生产中吐丝卷形不良、盘条表面划伤的问题,分析了其产生原因,并提出了相应的改进措施,可对盘条外形尺寸、表面质量、卷形质量等进行有效控制,满足了用户要求。In order to meet the market demands for φ22 mm wire coils of cold heading steel, round link chain and other products, it was developed in high speed wire rod mill of Anyang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Through the optimized design of the pass system, the common pass patterns of roughing and intermediate rolling mills for round bar and ribbed bar wire coils were realized, the pass series were reduced, and the production efficiency was improved. The pieces shape, roll gap, tension and other process operation specifications had been formulated. Aiming at the problems of poor coil shape of laying and scratches on the wire rod surface in production, the causes were analyzed, and the corresponding improvement measures were put forward, which can effectively control the wire shape, surface quality, and coil shape quality of the wire rod to meet the requirements.
