摘  要:为有效提升我国海上通信服务和海上交通安全保障能力,通过研究分析海上中高频信号传播模型,并结合电台覆盖区域地形特征,提出一种基于地形特征因子的中高频海岸电台覆盖模型.以此为基础,设计了我国遇险安全通信、海事安全信息播发和高频常规通信等中高频海岸电台的配布方案.该配布方案充分融合GMDSS现代化发展需求,纳入了NAVDAT新型数字广播技术,并基于中高频海岸电台地形分布覆盖模型对该配布方案覆盖效果进行了仿真验证.结果表明,设计的中高频海岸电台配布方案能够实现我国沿海水域的无缝覆盖,优化了我国海岸电台业务运营效率.In order to effectively improve China’s maritime communication service and maritime traffic safety guarantee capability, a MF/HF coastal radio station coverage model based on terrain feature factor was proposed by analyzing maritime MF/HF signal propagation model and combining with the terrain features of radio coverage area. On this basis, the distribution scheme of MF/HF coastal radio stations such as distress safety communication, maritime safety information broadcasting and high frequency conventional communication was designed. The distribution scheme fully integrated the modern development needs of GMDSS and incorporated the new digital broadcasting technology of NAVDAT. The coverage effect of the distribution scheme was simulated and verified based on the topographic distribution and coverage model of MF/HF coastal radio. The results show that the design of MF/HF coastal radio distribution scheme can achieve seamless coverage of China’s coastal waters, and optimize the operational efficiency of China’s coastal radio.
