摘　　要：关国华教授对岭南地区甲状腺相关性眼病的辨治见解独到,充分考虑到岭南地区土卑地薄,气候潮湿,脾土易受困而聚湿生痰的地域及人群体质特征,在辨治本病时充分运用因地制宜的中医核心理论,结合眼局部辨证,认为岭南地区本病的发病多与痰湿相关。并在历代医家"痰瘀"相关学说的理论基础上,提出"痰瘀同病"是岭南地区本病的主要特征,治疗上注重气血痰瘀同调,特别强调软坚散结的重要性,同时随症加减,灵活处方,在临床上取得了较好的治疗效果。本文对其临床经验进行总结,并附临床案例予以说明,与读者共飨。Professor Guan Guohua has a unique understanding of the thyroid associated ophthalmopathy(TAO) in LingNan area. He believes the spleen and stomach were susceptible to wet and prone to producing phlegm-damp especially in area with damp climate like Lingnan, so he makes full use of the core theory of Tradition Chinese Medicine based on local conditions and takes accounts of the local syndrome differentiation of the eye when differentiating and treating the disease. And he deems that the incidence of this disease in Lingnan area is mostly related to phlegm and dampness. On the basis of the theories of phlegm and blood stasis, he holds that binding phlegm and blood stasis is the important pathogenesis of the disease, and treats it with reducing phlegm and resolving masses, promoting qi and activating blood, in addition, he always emphasizes the importance of softening hardness to dissipate stagnation which is the essential treatment. In clinical practice, it is also necessary to make modifications according to the syndrome, in other words, to make flexible prescriptions, and the effect is remarkable. This paper summarized the clinical experience and supplied a typical medical record of TAO to share it with readers.
