摘 要:立体停车设备可有效利用纵向空间,解决城市停车难、车位少的难题,在热点城市得到较为广泛的应用。为了进一步提升立体停车设备的结构性能、车辆存取速率、节能量,设计了一种利用液压夹升降及转向的多服务台式升降横移类立体停车设备,并简述了其主要部件的结构与功能,采用ANSYS workbench分析了其整体力学性能,结果表明了该立体停车设备安全可靠;最后,采用犀牛软件对四类组合结构进行仿真建模,仿真结果表明该立体停车设备结构简单、存取灵活、存取耗时短。Three-dimensional parking equipment can effectively use the longitudinal space to solve the problem of difficult park ing and less parking space in the city,and has been widely used in big cities.In order to further enhance the structural perfor mance,vehicle access rate and energy saving of three-dimensional parking equipment,this paper came up with a kind of multi-service platform lifting and horizontal moving type stereo parking equipment using hydraulic clamp lift and turn,and expounded the structure and function of the main components,using ANSYS workbench its overall mechanical properties are analyzed,the result shows that the three-dimensional parking equipment is safe and reliable;Finally,the rhinoceros software is used to simu late the four types of combined structures.The simulation results show that the three-dimensional parking equipment has simple structure,flexible access and short access time.
