摘 要:为了探究二氧化氯(ClO_(2))对鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫(Eimeria tenella,E.tenella)的防治效果,试验使用1.2,0.6,0.12,0.06,0.012 g/L的ClO_(2)水溶液和2.5%的K_(2)Cr_(2)O_(7)溶液(空白对照)孵育E.tenella,在培养第15,20,25,30小时统计E.tenella孢子化率。另外,使用1.2,0.6,0.3,0.15 g/L ClO_(2)水溶液按体重1 mL/kg直接灌服雏鸡,观察鸡群的死亡情况及肠道的损伤情况。另使鸡群内服浓度为0.24 g/L的ClO_(2)水溶液及1.0×10^(5)个E.tenella GD株孢子化卵囊,观察ClO_(2)的抗球虫效果,统计抗球虫指数(ACI)。结果表明:用0.12~1.2 g/L的ClO_(2)水溶液培养15~30 h,E.tenella孢子形态发生变化,孢子化率均为0;雏鸡内服浓度为1.2,0.6,0.3,0.15 g/L的ClO_(2)水溶液后均未见死亡且肠道组织均无损伤;感染E.tenella的鸡只内服浓度为0.24 g/L的ClO_(2)水溶液后,其ACI值为163.00,即ClO_(2)为中效抗球虫药,具有一定的抗球虫效果。说明高浓度的ClO_(2)水溶液长时间作用对E.tenella卵囊有明显的抑杀效果,且效果稳定,直接内服ClO_(2)水溶液有明显的抗E.tenella作用,且无毒、安全。In order to explore the effect of chlorine dioxide(ClO_(2))on controlling Eimeria tenella(E.tenella),E.tenella was incubated with ClO_(2)aqueous solution with the concentrations of 1.2,0.6,0.12,0.06,0.012 g/L,and 2.5%K_(2)Cr_(2)O_(7) solution(blank control)in the experiment,and the sporulation rates of E.tenella were calculated at the 15,20,25,and 30 h of culture.In addition,4 kinds of ClO_(2)aqueous solutions with the doses of 1.2,0.6,0.3,0.15 g/L were directly administered to the chicks at 1 mL/kg according to their body weight,and the death of the flock and the damage of the intestinal tract were observed.Moreover,the chickens were taken orally with a ClO_(2) aqueous solution with a concentration of 0.24 g/L and 1.0×10^(5)E.tenella GD strain sporoidized oocysts to observe the anticoccidial effect of ClO_(2),counting anti-coccidia index(ACI).The results showed that the spore morphology of E.tenella changed when the ClO_(2) aqueous solution with concentration of 0.12-1.2 g/L and above was cultured for more than 15-30 h,and the sporulation rate was 0.After oral administration of 1.2,0.6,0.3,and 0.15 g/L ClO_(2) aqueous solution,the chicks did not die and the intestines of the body were not damaged.After oral administration of 0.24 g/L ClO_(2) aqueous solution to chickens infected with E.tenella,its ACI value was 163.00,which was a moderately effective anti-coccidial drug and had a certain anticoccidial effect.The results suggested that the long-term action of high-concentration ClO_(2) aqueous solution has obvious inhibitory effect on E.tenella oocysts,and the effect is stable.Direct oral administration of ClO_(2) aqueous solution has obvious anti-E.tenella effect,and is non-toxic and safe.
