孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘临床疗效。方法选择2017年2月至2019年2月支气管哮喘患者88例分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组给予布地奈德药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合孟鲁司特钠进行治疗,治疗后对患者效果进行评估,比较观察组与对照组患者主要的疾病症状(咳嗽、憋喘、哮鸣音、胸闷、气促)消失时间。结果观察组治疗后主要的疾病症状(咳嗽、憋喘、哮鸣音、胸闷、气促)消失时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德能降低支气管哮喘患者症状消失的时间,有助于帮助患者减轻痛苦,尽快恢复健康状态,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods Eighty-eight patients with bronchial asthma from February 2017 to February 2019 were enrolled in the control group and the observation group,with 44 patients in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide.The observation group was treated with montelukast sodium on the basis of the control group.The effect of the patient was evaluated after treatment.The main disease symptoms of the observation group and the control group were compared(cough,asthma,wheezing,chest tightness,shortness of breath)disappeared.Results The main disease symptoms(cough,asthma,wheezing,chest tightness,shortness of breath)disappeared after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with budesonide can reduce the time of symptom disappearance in patients with bronchial asthma,help patients to relieve pain and restore healthy status as soon as possible.It is worthy of popularization and application.
