低分子肝素钙治疗肺心病并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨低分子肝素钙治疗肺心病并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择我院收治的60例肺心病并呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象,时间为2017年1月至2019年5月,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=30)行无创正压通气治疗,观察组(n=30)在对照组的基础上给予低分子肝素钙治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组各项指标、临床总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素钙用于肺心病并呼吸衰竭患者治疗中临床疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease with respiratory failure.Methods Sixty patients with pulmonary heart disease and respiratory failure in our hospital from January 2017 to may 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=30)was treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation,and the observation group(n=30)was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium on the basis of the control group.Compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results The indexes and clinical total effective rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of patients with pulmonary heart disease and respiratory failure has significant clinical effect.
