静脉血和末梢血进行血常规检验的临床对比

摘　　要：目的比较静脉血标本和末梢血标本进行临床血常规检验的结果差异性。方法选择2018年3月至2019年3月来我院进行体检的58名健康人作为本文的研究对象进行调查研究,分别抽取本文所有研究对象的静脉血和末梢血的血液标本作为血常规检验标本对调查对象进行血常规标本的分析,同时将静脉血标本检验作为观察组,末梢血标本检验作为对照组,评价两种不同的采血方法所取得血液标本对于血常规结果的影响。结果通过对相关结果分析可以得出,观察组血液检验所得的血红蛋白、红细胞、白细胞所得的检测值都明显低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组血液检验所得的血小板计数要明显比对照组更高,P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义;而观察组和对照组所得的中性粒细胞百分比方面不存在明显的差异性,P>0.05。结论在进行血常规检验的时候推荐通过静脉血采集所得的标本进行血常规检查,同时应尽快完成血液检验工作,最好在血液采集3 h以内完成相关的血常规检验,这样能够将临床检验的误差降至最低,对提升检验准确性具有重要意义。Objective To compare the differences of clinical test results between venous blood samples and peripheral blood samples for routine clinical blood test.Methods Choice in March 2018 to March 2019 to our hospital for medical examination of 58 healthy people,conducts the investigation and study as the research object of this paper are to extract all the research object of this article venous blood and peripheral blood of blood specimen as a routine blood test specimen on the analysis of the investigation for routine blood specimens,and the venous blood specimen test as observation group,peripheral blood specimens inspection as control group,the evaluation of two kinds of different methods of blood obtained effects on blood routine blood specimen.Results Through the analysis of relevant results,it can be concluded that the detection values of hemoglobin,red blood cells and white blood cells obtained by blood tests in the observation group in this paper are significantly lower than those obtained by the control group,P<0.05.The platelet count obtained by blood test in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.However,there was no significant difference in the percentage of neutrophils between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion At the time of blood routine inspection recommended by venous blood collection and blood routine examination of samples obtained at the same time need to keep blood test work done as soon as possible,had better be in blood collection complete within 3 h of routine blood test,to clinical inspection error reduced to the minimum,is of great significance to improve test accuracy.
