无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭的护理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭的护理效果。方法选择2017年12月至2018年12月进行慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭治疗的患者88例作为本次研究的对象,按照随机数字表将其分为对照组(n=44)和观察组(n=44)。对照组患者给予常规的护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上进行综合护理干预,护理1个月后,对两组患者的呼吸功能情况进行评估。结果护理前两组患者的呼吸功能评分相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理1个月后观察组患者的PaCO2评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的PaO2的评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与常规的护理方式相比,综合护理应用于无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭的护理中,降低了风险事件的发生,患者的呼吸功能也得到了有效的恢复,有助于患者的病情康复。Objective To explore the nursing effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with severe respiratory failure.Methods Eighty-eight patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and severe respiratory failure were enrolled in the study from December 2017 to December 2018.The randomized digital table was divided into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=44).The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care.The patients in the observation group underwent comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.After 1 month of nursing,the respiratory function of the two groups of patients was evaluated.Results There was no significant difference in respiratory function scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 1 month of nursing,the PaCO2 scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The PaO2 of the observation group patients was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing methods,comprehensive nursing is used in the nursing care of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with severe respiratory failure by non-invasive ventilator,which reduces the occurrence of risk events,and the patient's respiratory function is also effectively restored,which helps patient's condition recovered.
