摘　　要：箱体类长方体零件一次装夹可加工5个表面,但是传统液压/气动夹紧装置占用空间较大,对于需要夹持箱体内腔有空间限制要求的就无能为力了。创新设计出一种"小精灵"杠杆夹紧模块,由于其体积比传统产品减小近一半,克服了上述技术缺陷。此外,创新设计的杠杆夹紧模块单纯板式联接,摒弃了传统缸体的后端盖,质量轻、加工工艺简单、大大节约了制造成本。Box cuboid parts can be clamped to process five surfaces at a time,but the traditional hydraulic/pneumatic clamping device takes up a large space,so it can’t do anything for those who need to clamp the box with space limitation.The innovative design of a"gnome"lever clamping module overcomes the above technical defects because its volume is 44 percent smaller than that of traditional products.In addition,the innovative design of the lever clamping module simple plate type connection,abandoned the traditional cylinder block of the rear end cover,light quality,simple processing technology,greatly reduce the manufacturing cost.
