金融科技竞争对商业银行资产风险的影响研究——基于利率市场化的调节

摘　　要：基于我国166家区域性商业银行年报数据和北京大学数字金融研究中心发布的数字普惠金融指数,构建双向固定效应面板模型,实证研究第三方金融科技竞争与利率市场化进程对银行资产风险的影响。结果表明:金融科技平台与商业银行的竞争会导致银行资产风险上升;利率市场化也会影响银行的资产质量。进一步进行分组回归,可以发现利率市场化会削弱金融科技竞争对银行资产质量的不利影响,发挥负向调节效应。最后,根据研究结论,提出了商业银行要充分发挥金融科技的赋能作用、适应利率市场化改革、完善风险管理和金融创新机制、转变经营模式、提升差异化竞争能力等建议。Based on the annual report data of 166 regional commercial banks and digital financial inclusion index composted by Peking University Digital Finance Research Center,this paper constructs a two-way fixed-effect panel model to conduct empirical research on the impact of third-party FinTech competition and interest rate marketization on bank asset risks.The results show that the competition between FinTech platforms and commercial banks will lead to the increase of bank asset risk;interest rate marketization will affect the asset quality of banks.After further grouping regression study,the results show that interest rate marketization will weaken the adverse impact of FinTech competition on bank asset quality and exert a negative moderating effect.Finally,according to the research conclusions,the paper puts forward that banks should give full play to the enabling role of FinTech,adapt to the reform of interest rate liberalization,improve risk management and financial innovation mechanism,change their business model and enhance differentiated competitiveness.
