摘 要:针对生产实际情况,建立了考虑工人移动和物料取用的双边装配线平衡模型。考虑工人在工位内的移动时间和取用物料的时间,设计了工位位置点和物料取用系数,定义了移动路线约束、位置点约束和搬运能力约束,以最小化生产节拍为目标建立了装配线平衡模型,使生产模型更加符合实际生产情况。采用分级位置权法改进初始化策略,采用差分进化策略进行邻域搜索,采用Boltzmann选择方式进行概率选择,改进了人工蜂群算法用于求解,增强了邻域搜索能力,避免算法陷入局部最优解。以某汽车企业内饰工段为实际案例,利用新的平衡模型和改进算法求解,优化结果证明了模型的可行性和算法的有效性。According to the actual situation of production,a two-sided assembly line balance model considering the movement of workers and the taking of materials was established.Considering the movement time of workers in the station and the time of picking up materials,the position point and the coefficient of picking up materials were designed,the constraints of moving route,position point and carrying capacity were defined,and the assembly line balance model was established to minimize the production beat,so that the production model was more in line with the actual production situation.The hierarchical position weight method was used to improve the initialization strategy,the differential evolution strategy was used for neighborhood search,the Boltzmann selection method was used for probability selection,the artificial bee colony algorithm was improved for solving,the neighborhood search ability was enhanced,and the local optimal solution was avoided.Taking the interior decoration section of an automobile enterprise as an actual case,the new balance model and improved algorithm were used to solve the problem.The feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm were proved by the optimization results.
