摘 要:取样示波器采用等效采样技术可以对远高于被采样信号的频率进行不失真采样,精密时基信号可以通过一种取样装置"取样器",将被采样信号上线拓展至几十个吉赫兹,低抖动超窄脉宽本振信号输入到取样器对高频被测信号进行取样,是实现高等效采样率的关键技术。针对取样示波器中精密时基模块设计了低抖动时钟发生器、高速低抖动分频器以及一种双通道高速功分器,将时基信号进行幅度放大与下降沿压缩,经过实验测试,结果为本振信号下降沿幅度可以达到7 V,下降沿可以达到100 ps以内,抖动性能也比较优异,结果表明该设计可用于取样示波器等应用中。Sampling oscilloscope using equivalent sampling technology can be much higher than the frequency of the signal being sampled for undistorted sampling,precise time base signal by a sampling device"sampler",will be online sampling signal to expand to dozens of GHz,low jitter ultra narrow pulse width this vibration signal input to the sampler for high frequency measured signal sampling,is the key technology to realize higher equivalent sampling rate.Precision time base module in the sampling oscilloscope,the author of this paper designed the low jitter clock generator,high speed low jitter frequency divider and a two-channel high speed power splitters,will fall along the time base signal amplitude amplification and compression,through experimental tests,fall along the results for the vibration signal can be reached around 7 V,falling edge can be reached within 100 ps,jitter performance is excellent,the results show that the design can be used in applications such as sampling oscilloscope.
