摘　　要：为满足复杂航空装备现场计量的实际需求,以Labview平台为基础设计了一套基于现代航空检测技术的数字多用表自动校准系统,具备了良好的操作人机界面,通过串口控制和校准模板调用等方式,实现了一种低成本、高灵活性的Fluke 45数字多用表自动校准方案,以某型飞控计算机综合测试系统进行试验和功能验证,测试结果表明该设计方案具有良好的校准效果,能够满足修理现场生产的需求,且该系统的自动化测试有效的提高了生产效率,具备工程化应用的理论基础,降低了人为差错的风险,对于提高航空装备计量效能提升起到了较好的解决思路。In order to meet the actual needs of complex aerial equipment on-site metering,this paper designs a digital multi-purpose table automatic calibration system based on modern aeronautical detection technology based on the LabVIEW platform,has a good operator interface,called by serial control and calibration template In such a way,a low-cost,high-spirited Fluke 45 digital multi-purpose table automatic calibration scheme,this article is tested and functionally verified by a certain flying computer integrated test system,and the test results show that the design has a good calibration effect.It can meet the needs of repair on-site production,and the automation test of the system has effectively improved production efficiency,and has the theoretical basis of engineering applications,which reduces the risk of artificial errors.It has played a better solution to improving the measurement of aerospace equipment.
