摘　　要：首先,本文选取日本国立国会图书馆发行的信息通讯杂志即《Current Awareness》,对其所发表的研究论文的主题与关键词进行了重点分析,展现了日本图书馆多元文化服务的发展趋向与现状,即(1)目前日本图书馆的多元文化服务主要围绕英语国家进行,对包括中国在内的亚洲国家的覆盖较小;(2)这些服务的重要主体为公共图书馆和大学图书馆;(3)多元文化服务的重点内容包括"儿童""青少年""社区""数字化""数字档案"等关键词,体现了现当代图书馆服务的重要特征。其次,本文选取了2个最新实践进行了案例分析,并总结了日本图书馆多元文化服务的机遇与挑战。Selecting Current Awareness,an information and communication magazine issued by the National Diet Library of Japan,as research subject,this article analyzes the themes and keywords of research papers it publishes,and reveals the development trend and status quo of multicultural services in Japanese libraries,namely,(1)the current multicultural services in Japanese libraries mainly focus on English-speaking countries,with less coverage of Asian countries,including China;(2)these services are mainly carried out by public libraries and university libraries;(3)the keywords of multicultural services include"children","youth","community","digitization"and"digital archives",which reflect the essential characteristics of current library services.In the meantime,this article selects two latest practices for case study,and summarizes the opportunities and challenges of multicultural services in Japanese libraries.
