适老化康复景观使用后评价——以郴州市第一人民医院西院为例

摘　　要：康复景观将自然与人类健康相联系,并融入医疗康养中,而我国正处在快速老龄化阶段,适老化康复景观的质量以及康复效果未得出正确评价。本研究将以郴州市第一人民医院西院为例,引用使用后评价(post occupancy evaluation,POE)理论,参考设计规范和大量文献,从老年人需求、身心健康以及康复景观3个维度选定了17个适老化康复景观指标特征,利用层次分析法构建适老化康复景观矩阵,进一步用景观综合指数评价法得出适老化康复景观的等级,最后对其适老化康复景观建设提出建议。Rehabilitation landscapes connect nature with human health and are integrated into medical rehabilitation and elderly care,while China is in a phase of rapid ageing,the quality and rehabilitation effects of rehabilitation landscapes suitable for the elderly have not been properly evaluated.This study will take the West Hospital of the First People's Hospital of Chenzhou City as an example,apply the theory of post occupancy evaluation(POE),refer to design specifications and a large amount of literature,select 17 rehabilitation landscape index characteristics suitable for the elderly from three dimensions:the needs of the elderly,physical and mental health,and rehabilitation landscape,and use hierarchical analysis to construct an ageing-friendly rehabilitation landscape.The matrix of ageing-friendly rehabilitation landscape was constructed by using hierarchical analysis method,and furthermore,the comprehensive landscape index evaluation method was used to obtain the rank of ageing-friendly rehabilitation landscape.Finally,it puts forward suggestions for the ageing rehabilitation landscape construction.
