摘 要:介绍了国内首套9.0 MPa、450℃硫磺制酸装置高压余热回收系统的流程,并详细介绍了火管锅炉、过热器及省煤器等设备的结构形式、材质选择等,阐述了过热器烟气泄漏问题和省煤器露点腐蚀问题的解决措施。该套高压余热回收系统已安全、稳定运行5个多月,各项参数、指标都达到了设计要求,满足了后续装置的生产需要,为大型硫磺制酸装置采用高压余热回收系统奠定了基础。The process of high pressure waste heat recovery system of the first domestic 9.0 MPa,450℃sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant is introduced.The structure and material selection of fire tube boiler,superheater and economizer are introduced in detail.The solutions to the problems of flue gas leakage and dew point corrosion of superheater are described.The high-pressure waste heat recovery system has been running safely and stably for more than 5 months.All parameters and indexes have met the design requirements,meeting the production needs of the follow-up units,laying a foundation for the adoption of high-pressure waste heat recovery system in large-scale sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant.
