摘  要:提出了一款5位倍频程延时组件,集成谐波抑制、自动增益控制和收发驱动放大功能。幅度均衡和带通滤波功能的存在便于宽带使用场景。基于高温共烧陶瓷,逻辑控制和收发链路分置于独立的腔体中,以避免串扰自激。因此该组件可实现83 ps分辨率最大2.58 ns延时量,同时接收增益约12 dB,带内起伏在±2 dB以内,输出功率高于0.5 W。此款延时组件可以通过球栅阵列植球焊接在印制板上,便于相控阵系统的小型化和高集成。In this paper,an 5-bit octave true time delay(TTD)module is proposed.Besides,function including harmonic suppression,automatic gain control(AGC),and TR amplifying are integrated.Therefore,amplitude equalizer and band-pass filter are utilized for wideband application.On a basis of high temperature co-fired ceramics(HTCC),logical control and RF receiving/transmitting circuits can be mounted in discrete cavities for avoiding of interference and resonance.In this way,a true time delay module with 2.58 ns range and 83 ps resolution is designed.Moreover,receiving gain reaches 12 dB within±2 dB fluctuation and transmitting power is more than 0.5 Watt.Accordingly,the module can be assembled to printed circuit board though ball grid array(BGA),which is tailored to compactness of active phased array radar system.
