摘　　要：未来30年,地球将面临人口快速增长带来的巨大自然资源环境压力。基于自然的解决方案(Naturebased Solutions,NbS)重新审视人类与自然的关系,是对自然的态度从资源性利用到对其功能性思考的转变。在正确和全面地认识自然价值的基础上,一方面要有效规避不良经济体系给自然带来的额外伤害,另一方面要通过自然受益型产业的发展以及绿色金融等多元化资金模式的运用,促进社会经济发展模式整体绿色转型,使经济稳定增长的同时带来自然的净效益。此外,要完善相关激励政策引导,充分发挥科研机构、企业、社会组织、公众等各利益相关方的能动性,调动多方积极参与推进N b S实践。在确保产生自然净效益,最大化提供生态系统服务,促进经济可持续增长的同时,推动社会经济逐步向自然受益型转变,形成“自然-经济”的可持续发展循环模式。In the next 30 years,the earth will face enormous environmental pressure on natural resources from rapid population growth.Nature-based Solutions(NbS)re-examines the relationship between humans and nature and shifts in attitude toward nature from resourcebased use to thinking about its functionality.Based on a correct and comprehensive understanding of the value of nature,on the one hand,we should effectively avoid the additional harm brought to nature by a flawed economic system,on the other hand,we should promote the overall green transformation of the social and economic development model by developing nature-beneficial industries and the use of diversified capital models such as green finance so that stable economic growth can bring net benefits of nature at the same time.In addition,we should improve relevant incentive policies to guide and give full play to the motivation of various stakeholders such as research institutions,enterprises,social organizations and the public to mobilize multiple parties to participate in promoting NbS practices actively.While ensuring the generation of net nature benefits,maximizing the provision of ecosystem services,and promoting sustainable economic growth,we should encourage a gradual socio-economic transformation to a nature-beneficial model and form a sustainable development cycle of"natureeconomy".
