基于某大学城医疗服务现状对建立高校医疗服务协同机制的思考

摘　　要：我国高校医疗服务的供需失衡制约着医疗服务系统的效能。对上海市S大学城医疗服务供需关系的调研表明,高校医疗服务存在医疗服务供给主体系统薄弱、医疗服务对象对医疗服务期望值高、医疗服务系统管理尚不完善等问题。协同理论提出子系统的相互协调、合作或同步的联合作用及集体行为可以发挥协同效应。提出构建以供需协同、内外协同、上下协同、制度协同为基本环节,共享协同为最优状态的高校医疗服务协同机制,以推动高校医疗服务供需平衡和协同发展。The performance of the medical service systems in Chinese colleges is often restricted by the imbalance between supply and demand.Our survey on the supply-demand relationship in S college town in Shanghai showed that there were problems including weak medical service supply entities,high expectation on medical services by medical service recipients,and imperfect management of medical service system.According to the Synergy Theory,the mutual coordination,cooperation,or synchronization of subsystems can exert a synergistic effect.It is proposed to establish a synergistic mechanism of medical services in the college town to achieve the coordination between supply and demand,between internal and external stakeholders,between high and low levels,and among different policies,so as to optimize the coordinated delivery of medical services in the colleges and promote the balanced and synergistic development of college medical services.
