摘　　要：结合工作实践,聚焦招标采购管理中廉政风险防控,探索实施加强事前监管、事中监管、事后监管的管理措施,在招标采购管理中建立健全教育、制度、监督并重的惩防一体化机制,从源头上遏制违法违纪问题的滋生,从而有效推进公立医院招标采购管理中的廉政风险防控,保证招标采购工作健康有序开展,为医疗事业的建设与发展保驾护航。This article focuses on the fraud and corruption prevention and control during the bidding/procurement process in a public hospital.A three-dimensional closed-loop management mode that emphases the role of supervision before,during,and after bidding/procurement was adopted to establish an integrated mechanism of education,policy and supervision in bidding and procurement management.This mode is designed to curb fraud and corruption from its origin,to ensure orderly implementation of bidding/procurement in a public hospital,and to maintain the sustainable development of the hospital.
