环流反应器环形气体分布器结构优化与性能分析

摘  要:为研究环形气体分布器应用于气升式环流生物反应器的实际效果,对环形气体分布器进行结构优化研究,考察了气体分布器开孔方向、直径及安装高度对反应器传质性能的影响。同时,对优化后的环形气体分布器的充氧能力、氧利用率、动力效率等性能参数进行测定。结果表明:气体分布器导气孔方向为水平外向下30°、直径为0.5 R(R为反应器导流筒半径)、安装高度为0.5 R时,反应器氧传质系数最佳。环形气体分布器适宜的气体流量为2 m 3/h时,其充氧能力为0.14 kg/h,氧利用率为26.03%,动力效率为2.52 kg/(kW·h)。In order to evaluate the practical effect of annular gas distributor applied in airlift loop bioreactor,this paper studied the structure optimization of annular gas distributor and investigated the effects of opening direction,diameter and installation height of gas distributor on mass transfer performance.Meanwhile,it measured the performance parameters of the optimized annular gas distributor,such as oxygenation capacity,oxygen utilization ratio and power efficiency.The results showed that the oxygen mass transfer coefficient of the bioreactor was the best when the opening direction of gas distributor was 30°horizontally downward,the diameter was 0.5R and the installation height was 0.5R(R is the radius of the reactor guide shell)simultaneously.The results also indicated that the suitable gas rate was 2 m^(3)/h,and at this point,the oxygenation capacity(O2)was 0.14 kg/h with oxygen utilization ratio 26.03%and dynamic efficiency 2.52 kg/(kW·h).
