摘 要:金属切削液具有润滑、冷却、清洗、防锈等作用,而传统的油基切削液虽然润滑性能良好,但其较差的冷却性能越来越难以满足高速切削的加工要求。而以石墨烯为代表的二维材料具有优异的润滑性能、导热性能、力学性能,将其作为水基切削液润滑介质的研究和应用具有广阔的前景。因此利用液相超声辅助的方法制备了一系列石墨烯质量分数不同的水基金属切削液,利用体积沉降法研究了石屋烯改性水基金属切削液在不同分散体系下的分散稳定性,并对分散效果最佳的石墨烯改性水基金属切削液进行了实际工况下对铝合金和45#钢的切削实验,用红外测温仪探究了石墨烯添加剂对切削温度的影响。结果表明石墨烯水基金属切削液可以在切削区形成良好的润滑环境,可以有效降低切削温度。Metal cutting fluids have the functions of lubrication,cooling,cleaning,and rust prevention.Although traditional oil-based cutting fluids have good lubrication performance,their poor cooling performance is increasingly difficult to meet the processing requirements of high-speed cutting.The two-dimensional materials represented by graphene have excellent lubricating properties,thermal conductivity,and mechanical properties,and their research and application as water-based cutting fluid lubricating media have broad prospects.Therefore,in this paper,a series of water-based metal cutting fluids with different graphene mass fractions were prepared using the liquid-phase ultrasound-assisted method,and the dispersion stability of graphene-modified water-based metal cutting fluids in different dispersion systems was studied by volume sedimentation method.The graphene-modified water-based metal cutting fluid with the best dispersion effect was carried out on the cutting experiments of aluminum alloy and 45 steel under actual working conditions,and the influence of graphene additives on the cutting temperature was explored with an infrared thermometer.The results show that the graphene water-based metal cutting fluid can form a good lubricating environment in the cutting zone and can effectively reduce the cutting temperature.
