摘　　要：立项研究汽车纵梁的结构及冲压工艺,提出了一种纵梁冲压自动化辅助机构,应用于纵梁自动化生产中,解决零件卡下模及抓件位置重复性问题,为汽车纵梁类的自动化生产提供一种解决方案。A project was carried out to study of the structure and stamping process of automobile rails,with proposing a kind of automatic auxiliary mechanism for stamping rails.It provides a new solution with applying the mechanism to rails automatic production which will solve repeatability issues of part sticking to dies and position steability for gripping parts.
