摘　　要：抗战时期,中国共产党为动员根据地群众参加劳动英雄评选召开了劳动英模大会。劳动英模评选经历自上而下到自下而上,最后发展为全民参与的群众运动。英模大会通过丰厚的物质奖励、强烈的政治仪式感和意愿表达成功塑造了劳动英雄的群体形象,激发了群众参加生产竞赛的热情,改变了根据地基层政权的组织形式。劳动英雄成为乡村实际领导者后,在政府对乡村社会进行动员和改造过程中发挥了重要作用。In order to mobilize the masses to participate in the model laborer selection,the CPC held the model laborer conference during the Chinese people’s war against Japanese aggression.With the whole people participating in it,the model laborer selection gradually developed into a mass movement.By rich material rewards,a strong sense of political ritual and expression of will,the group image of model laborers was shaped,the enthusiasm of the masses to participate in the production competition was stimulated,and the form of political power in the base areas was changed.Model laborers became the real leaders of the villages,who played an important role in cooperating with the government to mobilize the masses and transform the rural society.
