摘  要:经济学对新古典价格理论重审的结果是促进收入分配研究的“制度与规则转向”,认为现实收入是某种社会制度及其分配规则的产物,这也为高校教师收入分配研究带来重要启发。在高校教师收入分配过程中,项目、论文、获奖、著作等诸多元素发挥着重大作用,并在一定规则的指导下建构了一种等级序列的形式,从而决定着项目、论文等元素影响教师收入分配的方式及其差距。这种以等级序列为鲜明特征的高校人才引进与科研奖励等制度,建构了一种基于锦标赛制的薪资定价与收入分配体系,即高校教师的“价格”与收入往往与其在项目、论文、获奖、著作等元素中的所属等级密切关联,教师获得这些元素的等级越高则教师的“价格”与收入也就越高。锦标赛制定价和分配模式的生产既与外部行政权力的嵌入相关,也是高等学校组织主动建构的结果,高校教师不得不参与锦标赛制。未来,如何发挥锦标赛制的正面功能、规避其负面影响,是一个在理论和实践上需加以重视的课题。The review of neoclassical price theory in economics results in the "system and rule turn" of income distribution research. It holds that the real income is the product of a certain social system and its distribution rules, which also brings important inspiration to the research of income distribution of university teachers. In the process of College Teachers’ income distribution, many elements such as projects, papers, awards and works play an important role. Under the guidance of certain rules, a form of hierarchical sequence is constructed, which determines the way and gap of projects, papers and other elements affecting teachers’ income distribution. This system of talent introduction and scientific research reward with grade sequence as its distinctive feature constructs a salary pricing and income distribution system based on tournament system, that is, the "price" and income of university teachers are often closely related to their grades in projects, papers, awards, works and other elements. The higher the grade of these elements, the higher the "price" and income of university teachers The higher the income. The production of tournament system pricing and distribution mode is not only related to the embedding of external administrative power, but also the result of the active construction of university organizations. University teachers have to participate in the tournament system. In the future, how to give full play to the positive functions of the tournament system and avoid its negative effects is a subject that needs to be paid attention to in theory and practice.
