摘　　要：目的探讨导管抽栓辅助置管溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓的效果。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2019年6月接受单纯置管溶栓治疗的37例下肢深静脉血栓患者(对照组)与接受导管抽栓联合置管溶栓治疗的38例下肢深静脉血栓患者(观察组)的临床资料。比较两组的临床疗效、症状评分、患侧-健侧下肢周径差值、并发症发生情况和生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的症状评分均低于对照组,患侧-健侧下肢周径差值均小于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论导管抽栓联合置管溶栓用于下肢深静脉血栓治疗中可提高临床疗效,且并发症发生风险低,安全可靠。Objective To investigate the effect of thrombus aspiration assisted catheter-directed thrombolysis in the treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis.Methods The clinical data of 37 patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis who received simple catheter-directed thrombolysis(control group)and 38 patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis who received thrombus aspiration combined with catheter-directed thrombolysis(observation group)from January 2017 to June 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,circumference differences of lower limbs of affected side-healthy side,complication and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the circumference differences of lower limbs of affected side-healthy side were smaller than those in the control group,and the quality of life scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The thrombus aspiration combined with catheter-directed thrombolysis applied to lower extremity deep vein thrombosis treatment can improve the clinical curative effect,and has lower the risk of complications,which is safe and reliable.
