摘　　要：目的探讨基于马斯洛需要层次理论的心理护理结合亲情式关怀对肺癌根治术后患者希望水平及癌因性疲乏感的影响。方法将2018年3月至2020年3月收治的接受根治术治疗的86例肺癌患者根据抽签法随机分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予基于马斯洛需要层次理论的心理护理结合亲情式关怀。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,两组的希望水平各项评分均升高,癌因性疲乏感各项评分均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的心理功能、生理功能、社会功能及物质生活评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于马斯洛需要层次理论的心理护理结合亲情式关怀能够有效改善肺癌根治术后患者的希望水平及癌因性疲乏感,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of psychological nursing based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory combined with family care on hope level and cancer-related fatigue of patients after radical resection of lung cancer.Methods A total of 86 patients with lung cancer treated with radical resection from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by drawing method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given psychological nursing based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory combined with family care on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of hope level in the two groups increased,and the scores of cancer-related fatigue decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of psychological function,physiological function,social function and material life in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory combined with family care can effectively improve the hope level and cancer-related fatigue of patients after radical resection of lung cancer,and improve the quality of life.
