摘　　要：目的探讨质控小组管理模式用于神经内科医院感染防控中对医院感染发生率及护士感染意识的影响。方法选取2018年1月至12月神经内科收治的60例患者为对照组,接受常规护理管理,另选取2019年1月至12月神经内科收治的60例患者为观察组,接受质控小组管理模式。两组管理期间的护士未发生变化(32名)。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的医院感染总发生率为8.33%,明显低于对照组的21.67%(P<0.05)。两组护士的感染意识比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的各项医院感染控制质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论质控小组管理模式在神经内科医院感染防控中的应用价值较高,可降低医院感染发生风险,提升护士感染意识,还可提高医院感染控制管理质量及患者满意度,值得应用。Objective To explore the effects of quality control team management mode on the incidence of nosocomial infection and nurses'infection awareness in the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in neurology department.Methods Sixty patients admitted in the neurology department from January to December 2018 were selected as control group and received routine nursing management.Sixty patients admitted in the neurology department from January to December 2019 were selected as observation group and received the quality control team management mode.The nurses in the two groups did not change during the management period(32 nurses).The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was 8.33%,which was significantly lower than 21.67%in the control group(P<0.05).The difference of nurses'infection awareness between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nosocomial infection control quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control team management mode has a higher application value in the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in neurology department.It can reduce the risk of nosocomial infection,improve the infection awareness of nurses,the quality of nosocomial infection control management and patient's satisfaction,which is worthy of application.
