摘 要:目的分析无缝隙护理管理在危重症监护病房(ICU)护理人员中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月至2020年2月于本院ICU工作的30名护理人员,将其随机分为常规组(15例,常规护理管理)和观察组(15例,无缝隙护理管理)。比较两组的管理效果。结果观察组护理质量、工作压力、工作满意度各维度评分明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组工作积极性及GSES评分明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理管理可提高ICU护理人员的护理质量,减轻工作压力,提高工作满意度、工作积极性及自我效能感。Objective To analyze the application effect of seamless nursing management in intensive care unit(ICU)nursing staff.Methods A total of 30 nursing staff working in ICU of our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into routine group(15 cases,routine nursing management)and observation group(15 cases,seamless nursing management).The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The each dimension scores of nursing quality,work pressure and job satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The scores of work enthusiasm and GSES in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Seamless nursing management can improve the nursing quality,reduce work pressure,improve job satisfaction,work enthusiasm and self-efficacy of ICU nursing staff.
