摘 要:基于工程上无法直接测量触头位置温度,主要通过对触头临近的母线测点进行实时温度监测以反馈触头位置温度的问题。文中以典型的KYN28-12型高压开关柜为研究对象,通过COMSOL Multiphysics软件对开关柜单相模型的温度场进行数值仿真。利用AutoCAD软件建立开关柜断路器三维模型,将模型导入到COMSOL仿真软件中,计算额定电流和临近危险电流运行时高压开关柜因接触电阻变化造成的温度场变化的分布情况。开关柜内各部分的温度随接触电阻的增大而增大。监测点温度与触头温度的变化呈线性变化趋势,通过对数据进行线性拟合得到相应的数学模型,额定电流和临近危险电流通过时监测点温度与触头温度的修正系数分别是1.2和1.4。研究结果为通过监测点的温度快速、准确地计算出触头温度提供了理论依据。Based on the fact that it is impossible to directly measure the temperature of the contact position in engineering,the real-time temperature monitoring of the busbar measuring point near the contact is mainly used to feedback the problem of the temperature of the contact position.It is necessary to accurately monitor contact temperature.With typical KYN28-1210 kV high voltage switchgear as the object,the simplified model of switchgear is established by AutoCAD,and the steady state temperature field of switchgear are calculated based on jiaoer heat module in COMSOL Multiphysics.The three-dimensional model of the switchgear circuit breaker was established using AutoCAD software,and the model was imported into the COMSOL simulation software to calculate the distribution of temperature field changes caused by the change of contact resistance of the high-voltage switchgear when the rated current and near dangerous current were running.The results show that the temperature of each part in the switchgear increases with the increase of contact resistance.The temperature of the monitoring point and the contact temperature change linearly.The corresponding mathematical model is obtained through linear fitting of the data.The correction coefficient of the temperature of the monitoring point and the contact temperature when the rated current and the dangerous current pass is 1.2 and 1.4 respectively.The results provide a theoretical basis for calculating contact temperature quickly and accurately through the temperature of monitoring points.
