2型糖尿病合并原发性高血压的心率变异性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析2型糖尿病(T_(2)DM)合并原发性高血压(HP)患者心率变异性。方法:选取中国科学技术大学附属第一医院2019年6月~2020年6月内分泌科住院的患者,选取2型糖尿病合并原发性高血压(T_(2)DM+HP)患者39例为T_(2)DM+HP组,单纯2型糖尿病(HP)患者39例为HP组,选取健康体检者39例为对照组,三组均给予24 h动态心电图检查。对心率变异性的各项指标进行观察,比较分析三组患者的心率变异性。结果:T_(2)DM+HP组与HP组相比,T_(2)DM+HP组心率变异性比HP组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),T_(2)DM+HP组和HP组与对照组相比,均比对照组的心率变异性低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对2型糖尿病合并原发性高血压患者的心率变异性进行观察和分析,相对于单纯的2型糖尿病患者,其自主神经系统损伤更严重,心血管事件的发生概率更大,对临床的诊疗提供很好的参考。Objective To analyze the heart rate variability of patients with type 2 diabetes combined with primary hypertension.Method The patients admitted to the endocrinology department from June 2019 to June 2020 at The First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China were selected,and 39 cases of type 2 diabetes combined with primary hypertension were selected as T_(2)DM+HP group,and 39 cases of simple type 2 diabetes were HP group.39 health check-ups were selected for the control group,and these patients were examined for 24 hours on a dynamic electrocardiogram.The indicators of heart rate variability were observed and the heart rate variability of three groups of patients was compared and analyzed.Results T_(2)DM+HP group had lower heart rate variability than HP groups(P<0.05),T_(2)DM+HP group and HP groups had lower heart rate variability than the control groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Observation and analysis of heart rate variability in patients with type 2 diabetes combined with primary hypertension,more serious autonomic damage and greater cardiovascular risk than simple type 2 diabetes.It provides a good reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
