腹腔镜下单通道完全腹膜外疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨在小儿腹股沟斜疝患者的治疗中,采用腹腔镜下单通道完全腹膜外疝囊高位结扎术治疗对于患者的术后疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法:选取收治的66例小儿腹股沟斜疝患者作为本次研究对象,依据手术方法的不同分为腹腔镜组和传统手术组各分配33例,治疗完成后对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、术后疼痛情况与术后生活质量情况。结果:治疗结束后,两组患者的临床治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而在术后VAS疼痛评分方面,腹腔镜组VAS评分情况明显小于传统手术组,组间差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05);而在术后生活质量方面,传统手术组的术后并发症发生率明显高于腹腔镜组,组间差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组术后复发率之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在小儿腹股沟斜疝患者的治疗中,采用腹腔镜下单通道疝囊高位结扎术对患儿的预后效果较好,术后并发症较少,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic single-channel complete high ligation of extraperitoneal hernia sac on postoperative pain and quality of life in children with indirect inguinal hernia.Method 66 children with indirect inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into laparoscopic group and traditional operation group according to different operation methods 33 patients were assigned to each group.After the completion of treatment,clinical treatment effect,postoperative pain and postoperative quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After the end of treatment,there was no difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of postoperative VAS pain score,the VAS score of the laparoscopic group was significantly lower than that of the traditional surgery group,with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).In terms of postoperative quality of life,the incidence of postoperative complications in the traditional surgery group was significantly higher than that in the laparoscopic group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),while the postoperative recurrence rate was not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of children with indirect inguinal hernia,laparoscopic single-channel high ligation of hernia sac has a better prognosis and less postoperative complications,which is worthy of promotion.
