摘　　要：本文针对液压阀块弹簧在生产装配过程中容易错装,导致液压阀块失效的情况进行防错分析,引入表面涂漆、增加弹簧两端支撑圈、弹簧共用的防错方法,并结合实际使用情况,介绍一种弹簧共用的设计方案与效果。This article focuses on the mistake proofing analysis of the hydraulic valve block spring which is easy to be misassembled during the production and assembly process,which leads to the failure of the hydraulic valve block.The mistake proofing methods of surface painting,increase of the support ring at both ends of the spring,and spring sharing are introduced,and combined in actual use,a design scheme and effect shared by springs is introduced.
