摘 要:基于装备保障指挥中指挥手段的各项功能形成的能力,构建装备保障指挥系统能力指标因素,评估指挥效能,从而检验装备保障指挥建设水平,为提高装备保障指挥工作质量,提升装备保障指挥能力的有效方法。文章选取结构分析法(ADC),通过分析装备保障指挥手段的各项功能,建立能力指标而后建模求解,为装备保障中运用指挥手段提升保障效能提供了有效评估方法。Based on the capabilities formed by various functions of command means in equipment support command,this paper constructs the capability index factors of equipment support command system,evaluates the command efficiency,so as to test the construction level of equipment support command,which is an effective method to improve the quality of equipment support command and enhance the capability of equipment support command.This paper selects the structural analysis method(ADC),through the analysis of the functions of the equipment support command means,establishes the ability index,and then models and solves it,which provides an effective evaluation method for the use of command means in equipment support to improve the support effectiveness.
