摘  要:通过对干体式温度校验器校准过程中垂直方向标准温度计的位置、标准器直径与测温孔的选配和记录间隔对其温度偏差及温度波动度进行比较试验,结果表明标准温度计与测温孔直径要尺寸相当并插入至均温块底部;记录间隔可适当缩短并结合实时测量曲线进行温度波动度校准,可提高校准结果的准确性。Through comparing the temperature deviation and temperature fluctuation degree of the standard thermometer in the vertical direction during the calibration of the dry-body temperature calibrator,the diameter of the standard and the selection and recording interval of the temperature measuring hole,the results show that the diameter of the standard thermometer and the temperature measuring hole should be the same size and inserted into the bottom of the temperature equalization block;the recording interval can be appropriately shortened and the temperature fluctuation calibration can be performed in combination with the real-time measurement curve,which can improve the accuracy of the calibration result.
