摘 要:肠道病毒71型(enterovirus 71,EV71)是引起手足口病(hand,foot and mouth disease,HFMD)的主要病原体之一,严重威胁婴幼儿健康并在亚太地区引发重大传染性疾病。宿主固有免疫应答是抗病毒感染最有效的方式,然而EV71在和宿主相互博弈的过程中,进化出一系列机制逃逸固有免疫监视并破坏其抗病毒功能。本文主要围绕EV71的固有免疫逃逸机制研究进展进行综述,旨在为抗EV71感染药物的研发提供帮助。Enterovirus 71(EV71)is one of the main pathogens causing hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD),which seriously threatens the health of infants and young children and causes major infectious diseases in the Asia-Pacific region.The host′s innate immune response is the most effective way to fight against viral infections.However,EV71 has evolved a series of strategies,escaping from innate immune surveillance and destroying its antiviral function in the process of gaming with the host.This article mainly focuses on the research progress of EV71′s innate immune escape mechanism,and provides help for the development of anti-EV71 infection drugs.
