摘 要:电镀作为机械装备制造、电子信息等领域的重要配套环节,决定了区域装备设备制造水平先进性,有着极其重要的作用。我国电镀行业发展较为粗放,部分企业由于疏于监管,超标排放的重金属对环境造成严重的污染和危害,电镀生产过程中排放的重金属主要以络合形态存在,由于水质复杂且波动性大,因此电镀废水是最难处理的工业废水之一。以某拟建电镀表面处理中心含铬废水预处理系统为例进行,设计了总体工艺路线,即“调节+还原反应+二级沉淀+膜超滤”,设计出水的总铬指标满足《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB21900-2008)表2标准,该工程设计方案对于含铬电镀废水的治理具有一定的推广价值。Electroplating is an important part of mechanical equipment manufacturing and electronic information,and it plays an extremely important role in determining the advanced level of equipment manufacturing in the region.The development of China’s electroplating industry is extensive.Due to lack of supervision,some enterprises discharge excessive heavy metals,which causes serious pollution and harm to the environment.The heavy metals discharged in the electroplating production process mainly exist in the form of complexation.Due to the complex and volatile water quality,electroplating wastewater is one of the most difficult industrial wastewater to treat.Taking the pretreatment system of chromium containing wastewater in a proposed electroplating surface treatment center as an example,the overall design process is"regulation+reduction reaction+secondary precipitation+membrane ultrafiltration".The total chromium index of the effluent meets the standard in Table 2 of Discharge Standard of Electroplating Pollutants(gb21900-2008).The engineering design scheme has a certain application and promotion role for the treatment of chromium containing electroplating wastewater.
