摘　　要：以上海市皮肤病医院门急诊医技病房综合楼项目为例,研究了BIM+PC技术在装配式医院建筑设计与施工中的应用,主要包括BIM模型构建、BIM管线综合、基于BIM的医疗工艺分析、PC构件深化设计、PC构件运输模拟、BIM-4D施工模拟和云平台PC构件管理等内容。以精细化地控制预制装配式医院建筑的建设进度、质量、安全和造价,达到良好的实施效果。Taking the comprehensive building project of outpatient and emergency medical technology ward of Shanghai Dermatology Hospital as an example,this paper studies the application of BIM+PC technology in the architectural design and construction of prefabricated hospitals,mainly including BIM model construction,BIM pipeline integration,BIM based medical process analysis,PC component deepening design,PC component transportation simulation,bim-4d construction simulation and cloud platform PC component management.The construction progress,quality,safety and cost of prefabricated hospital buildings are finely controlled to achieve good implementation effects.
