摘　　要：由于产业结构是反映地区经济发展水平的重要方面,就业结构是考察宏观经济状况的重要指标。以四川省1991~2018年的经济及人口数据为样本,运用产业结构偏离度、就业弹性系数等描述了就业结构与产业机构之间的协调性,借助SPSS 19.0、Eviews等分析工具构建回归方程来剖析了就业结构对产业结构的作用机理,分析了四川省就业结构与产业结构的演进趋势与相互关系,并结合实际情况探讨了二者之间存在的问题,提出了调整和优化的建议,以期实现四川省就业与产业结构的协同发展。As the industrial structure is an important aspect to reflect the level of regional economic development,the employment structure is an important indicator to examine the macroeconomic situation.Taking the economic and population data of Sichuan Province from 1991 to 2018 as the sample,this paper describes the coordination between the employment structure and industrial institutions by using the deviation degree of industrial structure and the coefficient of employment elasticity.With the help of SPSS 19.0,Eviews and other analysis tools,this paper constructs the regression equation to analyze the mechanism of the employment structure on the industrial structure,This paper analyzes the evolution trend and relationship between employment structure and industrial structure in Sichuan Province,probes into the problems existing between them in combination with the actual situation,and puts forward some suggestions for adjustment and optimization,so as to realize the coordinated development of employment and industrial structure in Sichuan Province.
